Argh!
I worked through the night tonight. Had to get data scrubbed for the mapping job I am doing. I hit the hay at 5am and got up at 8am.
I want to work out today... hope I do, but I am still not finished several tasks.
I informed Bill Cheesman that I would not make it home this weekend for duty.

Holiday, not!
Monday is Prez' day. I used to get this off, with pay. But no more!
I actually like it this way.... I coudl take it off if I wanted, w/o pay.. or I can work and make money!
I picked up some Boost, so I could really loose some weight in the next 2 weeks.
We will see.

Why don't they ask real questions??
I was watching the news as I exercised tonight and heard several questions to pundits, and even the candidates for president. The pundits get dragged into the sensationalism questions, and the candidates keep using potentially good questions as opportunities to speak about what is killing them to get out. (It is amazing how good they are to be able to do that! Kudos!)
I have questions... all kinds of questions. And I was thinking other's do too. So I grabbed a domain...

No money! Just registration. (To keep it real) I will moderate it.

Feeling pretty good!
The exercise did not start today until after 8pm! But it had to happen!
I remember around 5pm that I decided I would not exercise today. But about 6pm I was thinking that the day was wasting away and I started to get to 'jonesing' for that workout. That is great news and usually only happens to people after about 30 days of repetitive things... habits.
So I got dressed for the deed and went downstairs. Did upper-body the same as usual; dumbells of 20lbs. 12+12 reps on one arm kneeling over and pulling straight up. Then, 12 on each, repeating that twice.
Then 35 minutes on the eliptical including a 3 minute cool-down.
I then hit the whirlpool for about 15minutes. Enjoyed some discussions abotu cell phones with a few people from Canada, here to watch a family member play a hockey game... he lost.
I had a good time.... but more importantly, I exercised and synced the effort with good feelings!
It is now abotu midnight and I am in ndanger of staying up too late.
(But I had to write this before I could write my next post!)

So untrained!
Got back to exercising tonight. It felt good. Plan to do whirlpool later.
I have been hitting 100 pedals per minute at first.. then to 130's for last third, and at very end for about 3 minutes I go to 150!
Cool down is boring but fast, at 3 minutes.

Catch Up...
Just got back to horseheads, NY.
Last week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ... I exercised upper body and lower body for over 45 minutes each night. Saturday I did a 5-hour patrol at Wisp. We did another on Sunday.
Today, Tuesday I have not exercised but tomorrow!!!
Did I mention I had broken back into the 260's again!? Great!

Lunchtime
It is 2pm and I am drinking lite V8 and eating leftovers of Sweet potatoes and tunafish. But I am not eating the bread of the sandwich.

What I eat and how I exercise...
Here we go again!
I ate this morning some Oatmeal (Instant) and some yogurt.
For lunch I tried to eat a snackPack from McDonald's, but it did not go down.
Later, I had a half bagel with creamcheese.
Tonight I had half a tuna-melt sandwich, and some Sweet-potatoe diced fries. The remainder is in the refrig for tomorrow.
At 5pm I got dressed in sweats and hit the exercise room. I did 30 minutes on the eliptical trainer with another 5 minutes of cool-down. I plan to do same tomorrow, and everyday.

Getting ready to go...
Hi all!
It is Sunday and I am slowly getting ready to go to SGT for my final day.
I will miss many, MANY things and people about the job, but I believe the God has me headed in a new direction. I am trying to be positive but I should share that many things look bad; no health insurance, less money, still away from home... But there is good too, and I hope God reveals His plans soon.
