Just got back to horseheads, NY.
Last week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ... I exercised upper body and lower body for over 45 minutes each night. Saturday I did a 5-hour patrol at Wisp. We did another on Sunday.
Today, Tuesday I have not exercised but tomorrow!!!
Did I mention I had broken back into the 260's again!? Great!
