Lunchtime

It is 2pm and I am drinking lite V8 and eating leftovers of Sweet potatoes and tunafish. But I am not eating the bread of the sandwich.

Just past breakfast...

It is Thursday at about 11:30 am and I am knee-deep in stuff to do.

Thsi morning I had Coffee, egg, sausage patty and Yogurt.

What I eat and how I exercise...

Here we go again!

I ate this morning some Oatmeal (Instant) and some yogurt.
For lunch I tried to eat a snackPack from McDonald's, but it did not go down.
Later, I had a half bagel with creamcheese.

Tonight I had half a tuna-melt sandwich, and some Sweet-potatoe diced fries. The remainder is in the refrig for tomorrow.

At 5pm I got dressed in sweats and hit the exercise room. I did 30 minutes on the eliptical trainer with another 5 minutes of cool-down. I plan to do same tomorrow, and everyday.

Getting ready to go...

Hi all!
It is Sunday and I am slowly getting ready to go to SGT for my final day.

I will miss many, MANY things and people about the job, but I believe the God has me headed in a new direction. I am trying to be positive but I should share that many things look bad; no health insurance, less money, still away from home... But there is good too, and I hope God reveals His plans soon.
