What I eat and how I exercise...

Here we go again!

I ate this morning some Oatmeal (Instant) and some yogurt.
For lunch I tried to eat a snackPack from McDonald's, but it did not go down.
Later, I had a half bagel with creamcheese.

Tonight I had half a tuna-melt sandwich, and some Sweet-potatoe diced fries. The remainder is in the refrig for tomorrow.

At 5pm I got dressed in sweats and hit the exercise room. I did 30 minutes on the eliptical trainer with another 5 minutes of cool-down. I plan to do same tomorrow, and everyday.
